What you need
Steps
Open Google Docs and create a blank document. This gives you a flexible layout tool that keeps images and text together when you paste into Outlook.
Insert a 1x2 table with Insert > Table. Put your logo in the left cell and your name, job title, phone number and email address in the right cell.
Click the logo and drag a corner handle to resize it to about 120 to 150 pixels wide. Hold Shift while dragging to keep the shape from stretching.
Set your text to 10 or 11 point and use single line spacing. Delete blank lines so the signature stays compact.
Select everything with Ctrl+A, then copy with Ctrl+C. Check that the logo and table edges look right before you leave Google Docs.
In Outlook, go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures. Click New, type a name such as Work, and click OK.
Click inside the signature edit box and press Ctrl+V. If Outlook asks, choose Keep Source Formatting so the table and logo stay in place.
Under Choose default signature, set your new signature for New messages and for Replies/forwards. Click OK to save.
Send a test email to yourself and open it on your phone. Check the logo size, spacing and links, then adjust in Outlook if needed.
Tips and common mistakes
Use a PNG logo with a transparent background so it sits cleanly on white or light email backgrounds.
Keep the whole signature short, around 4 to 6 lines, because very tall signatures can look cramped in reply chains.
If the layout breaks after pasting, paste again and try Merge Formatting, or rebuild the table inside the Outlook signature editor.
Questions
Why does my logo not show for some people?
Outlook may block remote images until the reader clicks Download pictures. Pasting the logo directly into the signature editor usually avoids this.
Can I add a clickable link to my email or website?
Yes. In the Outlook signature editor, select the text and press Ctrl+K, then paste the full URL.
Does this work in Outlook on the web or Mac?
The Google Docs copy step works the same. On the web, open Settings > Mail > Compose and reply. On Mac, open Outlook > Preferences > Signatures.
