Sign in to Reclaim.ai, open the integrations or apps area, and choose Slack. Approve the permissions so Reclaim can see your mentions and post replies for you.
Open the Slack auto-reply settings in Reclaim and switch the out of office auto-reply on. If you have more than one Slack workspace connected, pick the right one first.
Write your custom message. Include the dates you are away, who to contact instead, and when you will be back. Keep it to two or three short lines.
Choose where the reply should appear. Per Reclaim, the auto-reply fires when someone mentions you in a public Slack channel while you are away.
Set a start and end date for the auto-reply so it switches on when you leave and stops by itself on your return day.
