Open the Preview app on iOS 27 and tap the new scan button. Lay the page on a flat, well-lit surface and hold the phone above it until the camera picks out the edges.
Adjust the corner handles if the page looks crooked, then tap Keep Scan or Save. The scan is stored in Preview so you can open it again later.
Tap the scan to edit it. Crop the edges, rotate the page, switch between colour and black and white, and add a signature or fill in PDF form fields.
Rename the file by tapping its name and typing something you will recognise, like the month and the document type, then confirm.
