What you need
Steps
Open a new blank presentation and set the slide size to 16:9 under Design, Slide Size. Fill the first slide with a pink background using Design, Format Background, Solid fill.
Insert several circles with Insert, Shapes, Oval and hold Shift to keep them round. Place them at different sizes to build a concentric circle focal point in the center.
Set the circles to no outline and give each a slightly different pink shade. Group them with Ctrl+G so they move as one unit.
Duplicate the slide with Ctrl+D. On the copy, move and resize the circle group to a new spot. This difference is what Morph will animate.
Select the second slide and go to Transitions, Morph. Play the slideshow to check that the circles glide smoothly from the first slide to the second.
Add your Barbie logo or text on top of the circles. Keep the same object on both slides so Morph tracks it and animates its position.
Open Home, Select, Selection Pane to see every object by name. Rename matching objects with the same name on both slides so Morph pairs them correctly.
Darken the background behind the text by adding a semi-transparent black rectangle and sending it behind the text with Send to Back. Adjust transparency in Format Shape.
Frame a character photo with a custom shape: Insert a shape, right click it, choose Format Shape, Picture or texture fill, and insert your image.
Add the title and subtitle text, match the fonts and colors to the theme, then run the slideshow to check the transitions and timing.
Tips and common mistakes
Morph only animates objects it can match, so keep the same shapes on both slides and rename them in the Selection Pane.
Use Shift while drawing ovals to get perfect circles instead of stretched ellipses.
Too many moving objects can look messy, so animate two or three main elements per transition.
Save a copy before experimenting so you can return to a clean version.
Questions
Why does my Morph transition just fade instead of moving?
Morph needs a matching object on both slides. Copy the shape to the next slide and give both the same name in the Selection Pane.
Do I need PowerPoint 365 for this?
Morph is available in PowerPoint 2019 and Microsoft 365. Older versions like 2016 do not have it, so the transition will not work there.
Can I reuse this design for other themes?
Yes. Swap the pink colors, logo and fonts for another palette and the same circle and Morph setup still works.
