What you need
Steps
Create a new page in Notion and title it Q4 Reset. Add a callout block at the top with a short line about what you want to finish this quarter.
Write down your main goals for the quarter. Keep it to three to five goals so the list stays realistic and easy to review.
Add a calendar view database for the quarter. Set the date range to the three months and add a Name property for each event or deadline.
Create a daily planner section. Add a linked database or a simple to-do list where you can drop tasks for each day.
Make a monthly folder for each of the three months. Put the goals, notes and tasks for that month inside its own page.
Turn each big goal into a three-week sprint. Add a checkbox for each action step and set a start and end date for the sprint.
Build a habit tracker database with a checkbox property for each day. Link it to the dashboard so you can tick habits off in one place.
Add a weekly priorities section at the top of the dashboard. List the two or three tasks that matter most for the current week.
Tips and common mistakes
Keep the dashboard to one page so you actually open it each day.
Review your sprints every three weeks and move unfinished tasks forward instead of starting over.
Use linked databases so the same tasks show up in both the calendar and the daily planner.
Questions
Do I need a paid Notion plan?
No. A free Notion account is enough for a personal dashboard with databases and calendar views.
What is a three-week sprint?
It is a short block of focused work with a clear start and end date. Splitting the quarter into sprints makes big goals feel smaller and easier to finish.
Can I reuse this dashboard next quarter?
Yes. Duplicate the page, clear the old tasks and update the dates and goals for the new quarter.
