Steps

  1. Both ways: add your Google account to the Outlook app (new Outlook for Windows: Settings → Accounts → add your Gmail address). Works the same in Outlook for iPhone and Android.

  2. Outlook → Google: Outlook on the web → Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars → Publish a calendar → "Can view all details" → Publish → copy the ICS link. In Google Calendar on a computer: Other calendars + → From URL → paste → Add calendar. Read-only; Google refreshes it on its own schedule.

  3. True two-way copy (an event added to one calendar is copied into the other) isn't built into either app. Use Microsoft Power Automate, or Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook if you have Google Workspace and classic Outlook.
