What you need
Steps
Open a blank slide and remove any placeholder boxes so you start with an empty canvas.
Right-click the slide, choose Format Background, then pick Gradient fill and set the type to Radial.
Set two gradient stops: a darker color at the outer edge and a lighter shade in the center. Move the gradient center slightly off-middle for a cinematic look.
Insert a circle and a rectangle, overlap them, then use Shape Format, Merge Shapes, Union to combine them into one custom shape.
Draw a second shape over the first and use Merge Shapes, Fragment to split it into separate pieces you can style and animate individually.
Give each fragment a gradient fill and add a soft outer Drop Shadow from Shape Effects for depth.
Add your title text and place vector icons on the slide. Keep the text in one text box so you can stagger the lines later.
Select the main shape, open the Animations tab, and apply Fly In. Set the effect options to come from the bottom and add a bounce-style easing.
Apply Fade to the text and icons, then open the Animation Pane and set each line to start After Previous with a short delay to create the staggered reveal.
Press Shift+F5 to preview the slide from the start and adjust delays until the sequence feels smooth.
Tips and common mistakes
Use Ctrl+Shift+C and Ctrl+Shift+V to copy and paste formatting between shapes so all fragments match.
Keep animations to two or three types per slide; too many effects make the deck feel messy.
Fragment creates many small pieces, so group or rename them in the Selection Pane before animating.
Test the slide in Slide Show mode, since some shadows and gradients look different in the editor.
Questions
Do I need extra add-ins for this?
No. Everything uses built-in PowerPoint tools: Format Background, Merge Shapes, Shape Effects and the Animations tab.
Why can't I see the Merge Shapes button?
You need at least two shapes selected at once. Select them with Shift-click, then the button appears under Shape Format.
How do I make the text reveal line by line?
Put each line in its own text box or use paragraph-level animation, then set each one to start After Previous with a small delay in the Animation Pane.
