Turn on your iPhone Duo and pick your language and region from the list on screen.
Choose Set Up Without Another Device when the phone asks how you want to set it up.
Join a Wi-Fi network, then activate your eSIM and set up Touch ID when the prompts appear.
At Transfer Your Apps & Data, pick a transfer method, or choose Don't Transfer Apps & Data to start fresh.

Sign in to your Apple Account and finish the remaining settings to reach the home screen.
