How to do the Tower of Hell obby warm up with kids

This follow-along warm up turns a 12-floor obby into a run-in-place workout you do in front of the screen. It suits kids and adults who want a quick indoor brain break with jumps, ducks, arm pumps and side steps. You need about an arm's length of clear space and a non-slip floor.

What you need

Steps

  1. Clear a space wider than your outstretched arms and check the floor is dry. Keep furniture, cables and toys out of the way so you can jump and step sideways safely.

  2. Start running in place at an easy jog and keep your feet moving for the whole run, even between floors. The floors change, the running does not.

  3. On the killbrick and keyboard floors, jump high when you hear JUMP and step left or right on the LEFT and RIGHT calls. Land softly with bent knees.

  4. For the spinner and conveyor floors, squat down low on DUCK, then pick your running pace back up. Keep your back straight as you dip.

  5. At the truss shaft, pump both arms overhead like you are pulling yourself up a ladder while you keep jogging. Reach high on each pull.

  6. On the phantom glass floor, freeze completely on WAIT and hold still until the bridge appears. No shuffling or wobbling while you wait.

  7. Through the cliff, candy and ice floors, follow each call: side steps for the cliff, small quick steps for the ice and jumps where you are told.

  8. For the lava and neon floors, drive your knees up high and duck low under the laser gates. Move fast but stay in your own space.

  9. On the low gravity floor, take slow, big jumps with a soft landing, then copy the pose on the wall to finish at the top.

Tips and common mistakes

Run in place the entire time, even during the poses and waiting sections, so your heart rate stays up.

Wear grippy socks or trainers on wooden floors, and go barefoot only on carpet to avoid slipping.

In a classroom, do the side steps and ducks beside a desk and swap jumps for heel raises if space is tight.

Stop and rest if anyone feels dizzy or gets a stitch, then rejoin at the next floor.

Questions

Do I need the Roblox game to do this workout?

No. The video is a fan-made follow-along warm up inspired by Tower of Hell, so you only need to watch it and copy the moves. You never open Roblox.

How much space do I need?

Enough room to step left and right and jump without hitting anything, roughly an arm's length on each side. A hallway or the space beside a sofa usually works.

Is it suitable for young children?

Yes, it is built as a brain break for kids at home or in class. Watch the first minute together so they learn the JUMP, DUCK and WAIT calls.
